Goolzoom is a project born in December 2006 and developed by Jesús Barrio as an idea to facilitate access to the Cadastre from Google Maps. Today, they are a set of utilities that facilitate access to all types of public domain data and real estate information, without losing the same original spirit of providing transparency and simplifying access to data that is in the public domain.
Years of thinking
Millions of users
We are a group of people who want to contribute our grain of sand taking the technology to the limit for:
Añadir transparencia facilitando el acceso a la información.
Promote equal opportunities.
Promote the use of technology in decision-making.
To be part of the work that administrations do not do.
Rack one's brain
To find great ideas, to make our contribution to the technological development and, in summary, to change to better our small world.
Programming like nerds
Sir Arthur C. Clarke said, "Any sufficiently advanced technology is equivalent to magic," that's what we like to do.
Create useful tools
Because we live in a world of buzzword sellers and technohomeopathic charlatans. We prefer to just do useful things.
